About Goshen Prayer Room
The Goshen Prayer Room is at the center of who we are as a community. There we combine music with prayer and worship with intercession, flowing out of an intimate relationship with Jesus Christ. The same Lord who directs us individually into our secret place to meet with Him also calls us to gather together with two, three or more believers. There He promises to join us and to answer those prayers we pray in agreement together. In the prayer room, we seek the added effectiveness of unity. There is added power and impact when we seek the Lord together in intercession. We want you to feel comfortable, whether as a participant or as an anonymous visitor. While in the prayer room, feel free to sing along with the worship teams, read your Bible, study your favorite commentary, write in your journal, or just pray. You may sit, stand, or even pace around the room. Whatever you do, we ask that you do it in a manner that honors and serves the other people in the room.

Singers
The revelation that God's heart can be moved by the cry of the human heart is remarkable. For many this is a life changing revelation that sets their lives on a lifelong journey of experiencing the Lord's heart in relation to the plight of humanity, and standing in the gap and appealing to God's heart to display His wonderful mercy. Intercessors in the Prayer Room lead prayer meetings with the worship team to offer prayer and intercession before the throne of God.
"My heart overflows with a good theme, I recite my composition concerning the king. My tongue is as the pen of a ready writer" Psalm 45:1 SInging in Goshen prayer room is about more than just having a good voice, it's about your heart overflowing in the presence of God and releasing the lyrics and melodies inspired by the Holy Spirit. In the Harp and Bowl model, singers actually play a dynamic role in intercession , singing their prayers to the Lord. Singers also sing meditations from scripture and participate in devotional sets which engage the hearts of the participants to go deeper in meditation and encounter of God.
Musicians
Musicians are a core element of maintaining the anointed presence of God in the prayer room. In the Bible, gifted musicians played their instruments and directly affected the spiritual atmosphere, facilitating His purpose and presence. The Lord's desire is to raise up a company of anointed musicians who flow in that same spirit today. This revelation was foundational to the Tabernacle of David, where musicians played night and day with excellence before the manifest glory of God. This will not only be a place to grow in your skill as a musician, but a place to grow in your anointing.
